Cuba, Korea to Enhance Party Exchange

Havana, May 19 (Prensa Latina) The Communist Party of Cuba (PCC) and Labor Party of Korea signed an exchange accord to reaffirm bilateral friendship and cooperation.
The signatories were Fernando Remirez de Estenoz, head of the PCC Department for International Relations, and Kim Ki Nam, secretary of Korea Labor Party Central Committee.
Remirez de Estenoz highlighted the friendship between both parties and Korean solidarity with the people of Cuba, adding that exchange will grow stronger in the future.
Ki Nam, also director of the Labor Party History Institute, termed the accord an important event to develop and strengthen inter-party friendship and cooperation.
On his seven-day visit, Ki Nam and his delegation met with PCC official Esteban Lazo and Cuban Vice President Carlos Lage, on the complex world situation and US attempts to impose its hegemony.
